Things are going pretty well in my area..

Just a little post to have a miniature brag..

This year's liberty cap harvest is going pretty well in my area

this is just about half of them.. a jar JAM packed (pun intended)

had a run in with another picker today.. after entering a field which has been my regular picking spot for about 3 years i noticed a man obviously picking shrooms. i kept my distance but after a while he came up to me and after he had hidden his bag he said something along the lines of: "whats in the bag?" and then tried to grab it.. and he  said "i live at the house at the bottom of the field, my dad owns this field.. so get off this land.. and if you come back ill call the police"

i knew this wasn't true as i have met the owners of the house and they do not own this field and they really do not mind me doing what i do and i know enough to know that they have no son, just a daughter. but i didn't want to cause any trouble, this man obviously valued those poor little shroomies too much.

but never mind.. there is plenty of other fields around.

nice stock pile you got there. You should have called that guy out. I can understand that he likes the field but it looks like there is plenty to go around!

Yeah you should have said something along the lines of dude there's plenty of magic to go around
If he was cool he would have asked you to walk with him while you guys talked and hunted

that would have been the good thing to do ... fuck random run in's while your tryin to get your hunt on ...
I've had a couple run in's with locals,property owners,other hunters
none of them were cool ...
I prefer to hunt alone ...thats how I roll

haha i would have loved to have told him to get fucked but im a calm kinda guy; hatred of violence and, to judge a book by its cover, this guy seemed to be the complete opposite.

ive had run ins with one of farmers from a field i pick on.. and all that was said by me was a "hello" from me and a wink from him.

us herefordians are very understanding

Dude, if I saw a fellow picker, especially here in Ontario Canada, I would be glad to have the company; that guy is a fag, get the owners to call the cops on him lol jk, it would probably draw unwanted attention.
