Spawn bag dillema

Right now I currently have two wronguybags going which I spawned with orissa India WBS/Rye, and I have one more wbs/rye spawn bag that is fully colonized. I'm worried that I didn't have a proper spawn ratio to wronguy bags, maybe like a 1 to 12 or something like that...I was debating cutting open all the bags, setting up some mono tubs, and using the rest of my spawn to inoculate the so far, uncolonized wronguy bags...or, if I should just case my spawn and let my wronguy bags incubate and hope for the best. I'm afraid I can't let my spawn incubate any further, it is beginning to excrete some fluid and is fully colonized, like I said. Some experienced advice would be much appreciated, thanks all.

the bags you speak of are not to be spawned to. they're to be inoculated with LC.
you should never spawn to a substrate that has been sterilized unless you do it in super sterile conditions, i.e. grain to grain transfer.
the ratio is not so important, 1 to 12 is just fine.
do NOT try to spawn to any more of those bags.
you used the wrong technique.
spawning requires a PASTEURIZED substrate, not a sterilized one. I fear you're going to have a huge contaminated mess on your hands soon.
for your spawn that is ready, you should pasteurize the manure and then mix it with spawn.
the bags you speak of have grain in them, therefore they cannot be pasteurized and spawned to.
so again, you used the wrong method. research pasteurization and bulk substrates. go from there.

shit, that sucks, I did use super sterile conditions, optimal without a flowhood, but I had lcs ready the whole time. Hmmmm, I will pasteurize some hpoo and spawn to it, cross my fingers with my wronguybags. Thanks for the reality check.

sure.
the best way to use those wronguybags is to put a dab of RTV on them and swirl it down to a little disc the size of a nickel. let it cure. put a piece of packing tape over the port.
inoculate through the tape, through the port. spray the LC all over the sides of the bags/substrate and over the top of the substrate.
leave the tape as is.
