Need help with colonization... first time.

First time growing shrooms. Using the pf-tek with Golden Teacher and B+ spores and 1/2 pint jars. I had received the spore syringes but wasn't able to use them till about 3 weeks after i got them. Growth seemed to be at what i believed to be a good pace for the first 2 weeks. Then it slowed down to the point where sometimes I think it's still spreading and sometimes i think it hasn't at all. It's been about 6 weeks now since I first inoculated the jars and they have yet to fully colonize. Any help or suggestion is appreciated. Here are some pics of the jars as they look now.
I think the last one might have gotten contaminated because that's just weird... lol. Also the jars now seem to have some water droplets in them and the substrate has gotten compact and can move around in the jar. If more pictures or any backround information are needed to better assist me just let me know and I will post.

Somethings not right, they should have been at least 70% colinised by 2 weeks.
That amount of colinisation in 6 weeks could indicate either a contam is present or you mixture is way of.
I think they may be too wet. You could try turning them upside down. Have you got anything over the inoc points?? If u have micropore tape then u could remove the tinfoil to allow for better gas exchage.
Other than that i cant see these growing anymore, 6 weeks is a long time. It should be fully colinsied in just over 2 weeks.
Thats very odd, i have never had a jar just stopped, had ones not grow. But all mine have reached atleast 95% most 100%
How many jars have u got going, are they all like this or is it just this one??
Did u use a glovebox for inoc?
Steam or pressure cooker?
Mix - 1 cup verm to 1/2 cup BRF 1/2 cup water?? Bear in mind that depending on the verm you have, u will need to keep an eye on how much you use.
Colinisation temps??
Spore syringes should keep a while, they should be kept in the fridge. 3 weeks isnt that long for a spore syringe.

I purchased the jars already sterilized from a website advertised on this site. I Had planned Mixing the substrate myself but could not find vermiculite by where I live. 12 jars going right now and although they differ in growth jars are almost all the same in growth. Growth stalled for no apparent reason... only think I could think of is I moved the place where I kept them... I put them inside a suitcase... i figured this wasn't much different from the drawer they were growing in.

Are the jars getting gas exchange? I'm concerned you might be suffocating them there if you have a layer of tinfoil under the lid...

There was tinfoil underneath the lids and I just removed it. I had not previously done o because i figured the tinfoil wouldn't interfere with anything the lid wasn't already. I thought the four holes in the lids was sufficient for proper gas exchange. In the PF-tek it says the bottom of the jar is usually the last part to get colonized why was this not the case with my jars? Is there any possibility i could still harvest these? Please help I really want to eat shrooms that I myself grew after an amazing first shroom experience.

The problem seems to be that your jars are a little too wet.. Droplets of water, pooling, grains/brf sticking to the sides, mushy sloshy consistency: those are some things that if you notice, they are probably too wet. If anything in the jar that you see touches the side of the jar and it shows water pressing against the side, it is gonna be too wet (If some brf is pressing against the side with a radius of water moisture around that piece of brf).
If you are going to use them as cakes, I am unsure of how/when/if you should be going about that, but my first brf I ended up casing. Those jars took a very long time to completely colonize (of course it was my first time ). A few never "fully" colonized, but was basically 95% done. I was able to birth them as they were, crumble them in sandwich bags and give them a night of "recovery" time to help mend broken myc, and also to colonize the little further that they needed to go. Then I just spawned to poo and I didn't have to worry about what didn't get colonized because it had more substrate to make a home out of.

Do the jars smell funny at all? Bacterial contamination could halt growth.
The jar with the dark patch on the bottom... is that just a circle of uncolonized substrate or is it something else?
I have had cakes that took that long to colonize, believe it or not.
The water droplets and shrinkage are normal.

the problem looks like fresh air exchange. I had the same deal on my first, I sealed the holes with masking tape. As soon as I put micropore on, the growth jumped.

Yea that circle is uncolonized substrate... that's the jar with least growth so i took a picture of it... a couple of the jars seem to be about 75% colonized... is there anything I should try changing or doing to still be able to grow them?

Also I'd like to say thanks to everyone this amazing community. It's good to know that I can receive feedback and knowledge by just asking for it. I really am grateful for all those of you who use your time to guide the rest of us who aren't as experienced with mushroom cultivation.
