Nahh, Iv'e seen the video of a cat on acid, it's limbs shoot all over the place and has no coordination. I can't imagine mushies are that different.

I think the doses administered to that cat in lsd video were probably ungodly. The same thing would happen to you if you ate a relative amount.

that cat looks to be wide eyed as hell.

Looks like a normal kitten under a couch. That's what its eyes would look like under a couch, in the dark, out of the light. Its eyes would be more dilated.

Definitely not real. Cat pupils are very reactive. When a kitty gets excited you see them opening up to pools of black. He is unhappy about something but he definitely isn't tripping on a reasonable amount of shrooms.

Don't give shrooms to housepets, you don't want a kitty with PTSD who freaks out at the most unexpected moments and tries his best to stay out of your reach for the rest of its life.

No.

Unless most of the feral cats where I live have knowledge of a great patch.

why is this Anonymous?

Perhaps the OP fed the cat the shrooms?

correct answer! and I didn't want to be flamed by animal rights nutters.

I mixed some powdered shrooms with peanut butter and it ate some. I think it is tripping but don't know how strongly because I don't know how much it ate.

Later I fed its brothers and sisters some shroom milk and they all looked a bit weird but not freaking out at all. Funny thing is the next time I gave them some shroom milk they wouldn't touch it! Ha ha. They're not stupid. So that suggests it did have an effect the first time round.

Doesn't look like it. In general, if you give animals hallucinogens they become active, slightly fidgety and appear to be uncomfortable.

it is difficult with a kitten to tell what's tripping behaviour and just normal behaviour. That one really loves cheese. I could melt some cheese and mix in the shroom powder and hopefully it eat all up. Would 2g be a lot? It's bigger now - young cat rather than kitten.

You are trash. Leave kittens alone. They are not people, and they are not prepared to use hallucinagenic mushrooms. You are exactly the type of scum that makes drug users look bad. You are a sick, cruel demented person. Can't you see that cats arn't meant to take that stuff? Can't you see the cat is scared? Where is your compassion?

don't want to drag up the whole why-it's-not-not-wrong-to-trip-out-your-pets argument but I have to say AND HUMANS ARE MEANT TO TAKE THAT STUFF???

Who the fuck are you to say that cats aren't prepared to use hallucinogenic mushrooms? Are the cat's mother, or something? You're the one who lacks respect for animals for putting them on a lower level than humans; and it's that attitude that's used to justify real acts of cruelty against animals.

what, you think at the beginning of time some superior being said "I've just invented a compound called psilocybin. It's designed for humans to trip out, NOT cats."
