I've done MG quite a few times. I usually did ~300 seeds, and had good experiences, mild OEVs and a good little mental trip as well. I found it bizarre how intense the euphoria was with a psychedelic, but no complaining there
Recently I took over ~600 seeds, and had a very intense trip. It ended up with time almost stopping completely, and an OBE with a complete ego loss. I kind of freaked out, but I wouldn't necesarrily call it a bad trip.
Have a nice trip, and try some Pepto-Bismol for the almost certain nausea.

It takes at the very least, 1 and a half hours to kick in, so don't give up quite yet.
What kind of MGs were they?

They are the purple/pink ones from my backyard, I have no idea. 3 hours and nothing, I figured all MG had LSA but types like Heavenly Blue had the highest percentage.
Erowid: Ipomoea violacea is a common ornamental vine with heart-shaped leaves and bright white, pink, or purple flowers and small, black seeds that contain LSA. Because of its fast growth and prodigious seed production, many jurisdictions consider it an invasive weed plant. It has a long history of use in Central to Southern Mexico.

I ate seven HBWR seeds last weekend... they were very nice, like a milder acid trip plus a really great, relaxing body high. Being that MG seeds are quite similar chemically, I'd expect your experience to be similar.
One thing I really should mention, though... it took me quite a while to come up. Three hours after I ate the seeds, I was feeling threshold effects, and very drowsy. I assumed that I had under-dosed, already peaked, and should just follow the urge to sleep, so I did... and woke up two hours later to vertigo and the sight of geometric paterns. It was very pleasant and more powerful than I expected, and the feeling of taking a nap then waking up for your peak is pure awesome.
If you still don't feel anything in an hour or two, either try eating more seeds next time, or try a different variety of MG.

I bought 1200 seeds off eBay the other night. Planning on making about 400 into a tea in about a week!

Heavenly blue is the correct one to eat. But as I stated above I didn't trip, nor did 2 other friends. I had one friend trip on them (bought packages at the same time) though. IMO mushrooms are much better. But if you want to try morning glories go to a garden supply store they should have them then just put them in a coffee grinder and sprinkle the powder on a piece of bread with peanut butter and you wont taste a thing ;-)

I ate 80 before (coudn't bare the nausea so I stopped there with a goal of 300). I'm fairly light weight so I did get OEVs and a huge body weakness. Not worth it IMO, the nausea is way too bad. If you can extract it, go for it.

You shouldn't just eat them strait up, it is more likely to make you sick. You want to grind the seeds up in a coffee grinder, soak them in water, then filter out the shells and crap.
Although I did the above process with around 160 seeds, and just felt sick for 2 hours. Might try it again with around 300 seeds, I'm not sure. They've been sitting in my room for a couple of months because I've had no desire to give it another try.

Just get some HBWR seeds... I've heard the trip is nicer, plus you don't need to eat hundreds of them.

Also do a non polar / polar extraction for a cleaner trip and quicker onset. You may want to add a little extra seed to make up for a slight loss but it's worth it imo.
