Truffles are by far the most expensive mushrooms they go for $1,000-$1,500 per pound. but I don't know if they can be cultivated.
Try google I found a couple but don't have the time to list them and there prices.

If you grew something that you never see for sale (normally) like lion's mane, grew it in quantity, and had a good salesman, had high-end restaurants around then I don't see why not. I don't see you making any money with the really common ones though.

this is quoted from the Florida mycology research center website
Did you know $881 million worth of mushrooms were sold in the US during the 2005-2006 season?
Did you know there were only 305 reported growers?

If you can't sell them directly to the restaurant in question..try selling them at the local farmers market or something. I see chefs on TV shopping in places like that all the time!! lol

The best market to start with would be special user groups whom have a fetish for organic foods. Find your local asian market and ask them if they would know anyone who might be interested in fresh, organic shittake, reshi or oyster (especially Lions Mane) mushrooms. They really seem to get a kick out of it when you bring in a couple laundry basket grows fully flushed for them to harvest themselves.
Or so I'm told...
