If you could have the computer to wear of your dreams, what would it be like?
Certainly small...like fits in a pocket or something...but what features would you like?

As in you can carry it around with you (and use it) and not look like a dweeb.

I would want a button to put a digital image on the inner part of my glasses so you can only see it from my view. with the reciever in my pocket or part of a cell phone package.

ideally it would have earplugs that do not block out the noises around you. Those earplug would be connected to your music, movie, phone, and a parabolic dish.
At least one eye should have a projector on it that projects a full screen display onto your retina so that it does not block out anything you can naturally see. It should also be able to display what you are looking at in infrared and display what is behind you.
As far as processing and hard drive, it should equal a modern desktop before i would strap this thing on.
Oh ya, and one of those Leela armbands would be a great addition to the set up. You could put maps onto that or make it a notepad or something similar.

What objects are you proposing to yourself? Are they the objects you really value? If they are not, you are cheating yourself. I don't meant that if you chose to pursue the objects you most value, you will attain them; of course not. Your experience will tell you that. But success in getting after much labor what you really don't care for is the bitterest and most ridiculous failure." -George Santayana

-------------------- "America touts itself as the land of the free, but the number one freedom that you and I have is the freedom to enter into a subservient role in the workplace. Once you exercise this freedom you've lost all control over what you do, what is produced, and how it is produced. And in the end, the product doesn't belong to you. The only way you can avoid bosses and jobs is if you don't care about making a living. Which leads to the second freedom: the freedom to starve." - Tom Morello
