Newly Formed Ethno Garden in the PNW

So I've started getting into gardening more and more recently. I bought a 400 watt HPS light on a whim and thus it began. I was going to set up a nice tent but I'm going to wait until I move again in the mid-late spring time. In the meanwhile I have the HPS set up in the garage w/ just a bit of cardboard w/ mylar covering it to put the potted plants on. Here it is:
A blurry view of my garage garden:

My calea zacatechichi clones:

One of my four psychotria viridis:

Two t. bridgesii cuttings. I recently looked and saw they had roots coming out that are a little over an inch long:

My pereskiopsis cuttings that are rooting:

I also have a 2x20 watt (40 watt) flourescent light set up in the basement with a heating mat for germinating seedlings and for cuttings. Right now I have a pot of harrisia bonplandii that hasn't sprouted anything, a pot of astrophytum myriostigma where one out of 5 seeds have sprouted, and a crassula portulacea f monstrosa cutting I nabbed from Home Depot that is rooting:
Astrophytum myriostigma seedling:

Crassula portulacea f monstrosa

Asides from these two places I have some outdoor poppies, some potted outdoor poppies, a black barlow perennial plant (non-ethno), and a norway maple tree:
Poppies planted in the ground:

A transplanted poppy:

Black barlow (notice the new growth):

Norway maple tree:

And just for reference here's a couple old shots of my two light setups. I've since lowered the HPS, added more plants, and changed the plants under the flouro:

nice start man BTW your Pereskiopsis is drying out. they arent like other cacti they want lots of water and you can root cuttings in a glass of water. If you need some good rooted ones PM me

Hrm that's how the cuttings came to me and I figured I shouldn't water them too much since they don't have roots yet. I was going to wait another few days and see if there's any roots yet and give them a solid watering. I'm not too into rooting things in water but thanks for the advice overall.
Should I just water them even if they don't have roots?

rooting pereskiopsis in water is the way to go, basically forget everything u know about cacti and treat them as a plant...

but considering u have potted them up, just keep the soil moist and they will root fine...
nice garden btw

Could just be the pictures there. They are from a well-known vendor so I trust their authenticity. But hey if they are pedro instead of bridgesii I wouldn't be too heartbroken.
BTW I thoroughly watered the pereskiopsis after you guys' responses so thank you very much!

they kind of look bridgesii to me, but impossible to tell since the vendor clipped off all the spines... when they have put on some new growth with new spines it will be easier to ID them...

it may be just me, but this Calea Z. seems to look a little different than other Calea's I've seen? mine included.

*it's got the jagged leaves, but they look kinda round? probably nothing, just wanted to point it out.
*almost forgot to compliment you on your nice setup! I hope you get a lot out of it, and make sure to update when you have it finalized

Hey thanks for the compliments!
I'm pretty sure it's Calea Zacatechichi. A good member from here sent it to me and even sent dried leaves from his own.
