have you tried just burning it and seeing what happens?
im a little rusting on that stuff but sometimes arn't the iso's bigger and when you burn it they fit?
try opening the iso in dvdecryptor it will tell you how many "minutes" or w/e it will use...aka if it will fit. Also their might be an option to "span it" across mutli disc's.

Without getting complicated, if it's for a game or program install you have to burn the ISO all on one disc. The programs which install off multiple discs are specifically written to do so. If you're just going to use it on your computer skip the burning entirely and use a program like Daemon Tools to mount the image.
If you want to make a project out of it you can extract the ISO, burn as many files as will fit on disc one, burn the rest on disc two, copy both discs to the destination computer maintaining the directory structure, and then try running it off the hard drive. May or may not work depending on the content.

another option is to rar or zip it up using high compression and maybe you'll get lucky....if that doesn't work i know for a fact you can "span" rar files. If it does need spanned to more than one disc, it would be best to use little or "no" compression to avoid possible file corruption.
