You may have upset the moisture content of the jars, as water would be able to drip into the inoculation ports in the lid.

If you're pasteurizing your BRF instead of sterilizing you'll need to redo them anyhow.

Assuming you mean during sterilization rather than pasteurization, you should be fine. My first grow I didn't have tinfoil at the time and I found out (using the FSE) it wasn't crucial in having successful cakes. In fact, some people prefer no tinfoil.

They're fine. Yeesh. People will tell you every step in the process is absolutely vital!
You have them taped--that's what keet the water out. If they were steamed or pressure-cooked, the moisture balance isn't going to be upset so long as no water was actually able to noticeably drip inside the holes. The tin-foil is precautionary, not a dealbreaker. I used to run cakes without foil all the time. Even polyfilled quart jars seem to do just fine without foil, despite the fact that the material gets a bit soggy--dries out in a few hours, no problem.
Summary: Unless water somehow physically got into your jars--by splash or by drip--they're fine. To me personally, tin foil is actually more of a pre-inoculation sterility measure than a moisture measure, though it serves both purposes by keeping the water from puddling on the lids and dripping into the verm barrier.
And yes, that's called sterilization--pasteurization is a low-temp affair only suitable for poo, straw, casing and similar materials--just so you know.
