You wont be living.... Reflect on this.
I read somewhere that the buddhists would meditate on death every day to help them accept it. Has anyone tried this? I think they changed it after many began killing themselves.
Meditate on a skeleton.

uh yeah....i mean....duh i remember when i first grasped my own mortality. oddly enuf i was first scared at the realisation that my parents would one day die, then i took the next step and began pondering the fact that i had a limeted stay here too. i must have been 3 or 4. i rmember that day so clearly. we where camping. my mom dad and me, and then as i was laying taking a nap it hit me. i ran out of the van and tried to find m parents but they wernt there i broke down in hysterics on the table infront of me and soon my parents came and helped explin things. death is beautiful, no need to be sad scared or glad about it. just sit and wait

Wow you came to that at age 3 or 4? I didn't come to that realization until I was at least 10.
I'm not afraid of death but it does make me sad that I won't be here.
Maybe I need to try DMT

yeah I pretty much think about death every night before I go to sleep. It used to scare me really bad and I used to get panic attacks from thinking about it. It didn't help when people my age would die while I was going through school... then last summer when my cousin who was only a couple months older than me died.
then I read this book "a soul's journey" which basically explains the astral plain and how our soul's are active on the astral plane while we're sleeping. it doesn't push a certain religion and it makes sense... because I have experienced some of the things in the book.
anyway, you guys should read it...

ya man i remember i was 4 years old when i first imagined what it meant that i wasn't going to be here someday.. i was a psychedelic little kid.. i remember staring at the mirror and making myself disappear or turn in to different things and my sister was like "stop doing that, you're creeping me out"
i also learned how to lucid dream when i was about 6 or 7
