Lookin good, is it in your FC?
from time of removing it from colonization it takes anywhere from 5-10 days for pins at optimum condition's, Ive never noticed pins on any previous work prior to the five day mark. Take it easy, later.

That looks like some really healthy myc in that slant, i am thinking of ordering some petri dishes and taking tissue samples from shrooms and growing them out.
Once i have finished my glove box, just needs gloves. It would be nice to see a pf tek jar with just rhyzo myc and no fluffy myc

I have PF jars with ropy rhizo the rye grain I used to spawn those trays was very healthy rhizo like in the test tube..it takes work but its not too hard ... I just use a still air box sterile technique and regular vinyl or latex gloves .. alcohol gel pump dispenser and alcohol lamp , scalpel . premixed agar powder and petri dishes. thanks for the comment .. yeah thats healthy,so thats why its in the test tube to keep forever.. I say go for it .. I am doing the same with oyster and shiitaki .
