You'll want to make an LC in a separate container... baby-bottle, jar, etc, etc..
then use your new 60cc syringe to load the finished LC into your jars.. helps to avoid contaminating your LC.
any of the LC recipes found on the site should work fine for you.

I lose some liquid from my syringes when I pc too; sometimes my 12cc ones don't work after I pc them as well. Too long or hot one, I guess?

to prevent them from losing liquid, the needles have to be pointing up.

Get a huge glass jar to hold the LC, I plan on making another one soon only bigger. a 1/2 pint filled up 10x 10-12cc syringes for me which is plenty, i think i might lower the water content of some BRF jars and inject full 12cc syringes of LC into each, 3cc in each hole. If only I would've known how much easier+faster it is to use WBS before buying 10 pounds of BRF lol.
Think 12cc's would colonize a pint BRF/Verm jar just as fast as 1cc in a 1/2 pint?

i read a few places that 2 or 3 cc's is the most you can up a shot and still add benifits. Ive got several wbs jars just for this test, the one that got 10cc's isnt growing at all the two with 2 cc's are great.

Did you lower the water content slightly before injecting 10cc's? Thats what I'm planning on doing, but if 2-3cc's is the most effective before diminishing returns than thats even better, ill save some LC even though I want to use it all and make more.
I figure instead of 1 Cup Vermiculite 1/2 Cup BRF 1/2 Cup Water
I'll do 9/20 cups of water (or .45 cups, compared to .50). Too much water can really fuck shit up but I've never had problems with dryness in jars. Then inject evenly 4x 3cc's or make a middle hole and do 5x of 2cc's.

everyone says thats no good when i bring it up (adding lots of juice) but i have to belive that many inoculation points will speed things up alot. i will try this out with some stuff i got in the mail. ill post back in a month and see what i experimented. I dont think i will do brf (more than a few jars) again, althogh mine worked well the second time. I got a pathetic yeild however the clones i have going now are wonderfull. I can produce a fully colonized rye jar in 15 days with my clone LC.
Im going to make the 60 cc syringe into an lc becauseit eliminates a dangerous step of asperating out of your Lc container. I Alredy have masters so perhaps it will just be a 2nd gen clone. I want to draw on a new strain tho.

Did you forget that if you make an LC in a syringe and suck in the mushroom material...
...that you could also be aspirating contaminants in the air?

why not go to autozone and get some of that red RTV silicone that withstands 650 degrees fahrenheit? self sealing inoculation points are the way to go. I have gotten away with using only breathable medical tape as an air filter for my LC (2 holes in the lid).
Today I'm making a couple 1 Pint LC's with 1 silicone RTV port on each lid with 3 other holes covered with breathable medical tape.
Just to let you know though even a 1/2 pint LC will give u more than 60cc's of LC. As long as you throw the LC in the fridge it should stay good for months. I love LC
