The Beginning of a Revoultion

This might be considered a political thread but its foundatin is spirititual; an 'effect' of marijuana. But...its good.
Me and my buddy just thought this up.
We are going to get our entire, male graduiating college, class to grow mustaches and long hair; have the same gradutaing quote; everything the same.
It will be the best political statement since the 60s.
We are going to "stick it to the man with this one!"
We are trying to get our entire university to do so. Look for it in the National Enquirer. Due it at your college. Do it.
Together we will be the catalyst for Revolution.
O yea,
Someone needs to shoot themself in front of the whithouse on camera. Malke sure you solute the capital and scream, "GOD BLESS AMERICA." ;
BLAM.
-------------------- So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

Kind of a funny idea.... Not sure how you are really "winning" anything out of the deal, but it would be humorous to hear it on the news now that you said it....

Be sure to invite Dennis Hopper as the keynote speaker, or better still; Crosby, Stills & Nash (no pun there folks - move along).
And all of you must wear oversized peace medallions on leather thong necklaces.

It is funny but its genius. Remember when the college students ran the country 40 years ago with protest and statements. This would be the start of something big. To see the unification of youth like this on the news, most of the country would follow suit and join in.
And about the suicide thing. Just another idea for simple effective protest. Any emo kids out there who need attention, this is your chance to shine.

May I suggest you focus on english grammer, writing, and "using spellcheck" classes instead?

Successful revolutions tend to have some kind of point to them. Getting a bunch of kids to grow facial hair would just be a trend. If the facial hair was some kind of symbol of support for a particular political message, maybe it would catch on. I don't know how many guys are going to grow beards just to show how they can do what other people are doing for its own sake.

Effective at doing what? It might be in the news for a day or two. Maybe I'm missing some profound message in it or something...

Sorry, but I didn't misspell anything in that post, and as far as fast approaching, I just love that phrase. Blame Mitch Hedberg.

I don't understand why you want to do this. Are you wanting to demonstrate how effectively that you can all conform to the same standards? How is uniform conformation "sticking it to the man"? Anyway. who is "the man"?

I am the man? If this is true how do I stick it to the man when I am the man?

Here is an example of 'the man' sticking it to 'the man':
OCTOBER 8–An Alabama minister who died in June of “accidental mechanical asphyxia” was found hogtied and wearing two complete wet suits, including a face mask, diving gloves and slippers, rubberized underwear, and a head mask, according to an autopsy report.
Investigators determined that Rev. Gary Aldridge’s death was not caused by foul play and that the 51-year-old pastor of Montgomery’s Thorington Road Baptist Church was alone in his home at the time he died (while apparently in the midst of some autoerotic undertaking).
