It's been a while since I've been bed ridden by a cold. My whole family got something nasty, and I only got a sniffle, that was it.

I used to get colds every 3 months or so. Then I got onto good Multivitamins and especially 2 solid grams of vitamin C as a preventative.

Never had a cold again since '94.
