I don't believe what you got were mushrooms. True psilocybes anyway.
I think it must have been LSD laced mushrooms.
When you say a "couple of shrooms" I'm guessing a couple of shrooms, which wouldn't be enough to get you high...Not to the extent of hell anyway.
