temperature controller for bulk pasteurization method

so i want to work a bit on this idea by akira bulk pasteurizer tek
as some have pointed out in the post, temps inside can easily get over 180 degrees F.
i really like the design, but the temperature needs to be controlled. I've looked through products at hydrofarm as well as a few other places for a controller that i can plug the steamer into that has a temperature sensor for the inside of the tub that will turn the steamer on anytime it falls below 145 degrees F and shut off anytime it reaches 165 degrees F. I've got a similar controller for my incubators used for reptile terrariums, but i do not think it's rated to reach those temperatures...
i'm looking for something like this, but that can handle pasteurization temperatures....
price isn't an issue.. any other bulk pasteurization suggestions are welcome as i haven't run out and bought the materials for this method. bags in a PC just isn't cutting it anymore for what i need...

Look for thermostats made by Johnson Controls. they make industrial controllers. I know I've seen the thermostats you're looking for, buy I can't point you in exactly the right direction at the moment. try ebay.

Don't forget to look for line voltage. You want a thermostat designed to open and close a normal 110v household circuit.
