Panama,
I'm lucky enough to have a park about 100 yards from my house which has a bike trail. I'll only ride within the first hour, coming up, but not after. I bug out on the other people in the park! It does feel great gliding downhill though.
It's definitely too much of a commitment if one has to go too far though.
