This is "old news", but I would not have known about this song had I not been informed by some friends....
I don't think I have ever seen anyone mention it here....    :ohwell:
And if you listen to the Deftones or are a die-hard Maynard fan, you more than likely already know this....

On the Deftones CD entitled "White Pony", there is a song called "Passenger" that features Mr. Maynard....
And Maynard fuckin belts out that chorus like his life depends on it....!  :eek:  :shocked:

I never bothered to learn many cover songs on guitar, but this song was happily added to our set list (in a past band)....    :smile:
(not that it was a difficult chore - on guitar)


"Digital Bath", and "Change (In the House of Flies)" are other "gems" on this CD among others (I was in the mood for mellow :tongue: )....    :thumbup:

I happened to pull this CD out today for a listen after a few years in hiding, thus sparked my making this thread....    :grin:

damn I never knew that! I got that cd when it came out Ii was in like 6th grade and not learned of tool yet. Awesome. I think I lost it though...may have to download it.
