I grafted them almost 72 hours ago. They have been in 90-100% RH until I took it out of my indoor flouro greenhouse to take pics then put em right back in back in. No glue was used..
I hope they make it.

You've never heard of using super glue for Tricocereus grafts?? I've never heard of it used for Loph/Peres grafts myself; thats why I didn't use it.

come to think of it I remember an old thread Felixhigh posted in about using superglue for Loph grafts. Let me try to find the link.. couldn't find it- it was pretty old from I think 2001. I remember felixhigh talking about grafting the bottom half of the scion in the thread, but it was not his original thread. Can't remember who started it..

they should make it, leave them in the humidity chamber for a few more days and then take them out...
superglue isnt recommended, and not at all necessary for seedling grafts (theres enough cell sap to stick them) but u sure as hell can use glue for grafting larger scions

uarewotueat , you should make a Peyote seedling to Pereskiopsis grafting Tek since your the graft master, I think it would help alot of people here.

I'm looking forward to it! Didn't you just get a new camera with great macro?
Oh BTW, how long to you guys think it will be before I notice some swelling of the scion?

I see no sign of scion swelling yet, but they seem stuck. Is it ok to use a little fertilizer at this point?

Looking good, just be patient man!
What are the spiny cacti behind? Are they flowering?
