I have the worst luck with contams and I know its something im doing wrong during inoculation, every time I can see mold on the second day down the side of the jar where I inoculated, so I have decided to start a list of every possible source of contamination during every step of the cultivation process.OK ill start: Dirty hair Dirty clothes Not flaming the needle Breathing on your work area during inoculation These are just a few so I encourage every one to add to the list.Thank you.

you're listing off sources of bacterial contamination mostly. your problem is with mold.
and by your description, it sounds as though there is mold in your inoculant solution. try a different inoculant.

The one thing you don't have control over is whether or not the solution within the syringe itself is contaminated before you receive it. I believe this is what may have happened to me the first time. I added a few extra security steps on my second attempt, and all the jars came out fine. Here are the steps I took, perhaps they can help you as well.
1. Bake the substrate materials separately for 20 minutes at 300 degrees (don't forget to put extra verm in there for the top layer) 2. Boil the water that you plan to use in the substrate for 15 minutes 3. Use a Ramsey Seal 4. Inoculate on the edge of the oven (hot air rises and brings the contams up with it, which keeps them from falling down onto the substrate) 5. Use one of those paper masks that goes over your mouth/nose
Good luck in the future my brother

please do NOT follow this advice: Read Me and me...
inoculating in an oven is a bad idea. using a paper mask is a bad idea.

Why not just save all that trouble and build a 10dollar glovebox when knocking up your jars?
Cheers
