This has been mentioned before, but it has been a couple of years. Search Google for "flexwatt" heat tape. It can be purchsed at herp/reptile supply stores/sites. It will heat a large terrarium with stable, dry heat. use a thermostat or your place will almost certainly catch fire.
I purchased enough for a large terrarium, wire, clips, and a thermostat for 25 bucks
bigappleherpsupply.com thebeanfarm.com
both have it.

I have a pretty sweet incubator setup. I basically have my jars in a small box that fits about 12 jars perfectly, with a reading lamp keeping the shit warm at about 81-83F. I have about 70% colonization in 9 days from spores in most of my jars. Poor man's waterless incubator.

I just use a cup warmer in a cooler box with the lid ajar, seems to work well enough.

My cupboard that houses the water heater is nicely kept warm at 80F, just stick my jars on the shelf, i could easily 100 1/2 pint or 1 pint jars on 1 shelf. Its a pretty deep cupboard.
Currently have 1 jar im waiting the 5 days after 100% before birthing and there's another 2 at 95%. Plus another 2 jars that i just inoc'd yesterday.
