Rye grain tek

Ok Ive been sucessfull at the pf-tek. Im working on getting a hepa filter so I can start some agar. Ive heard that rye is in-between the two (better than the pf and not as good as agar). I think I wanna give rye a try.Could some one post a teck where you use rye and can innoculate with a syringe or grown mycellia? My pressure cooker is 1 inch taller than a 1/2 pint jar so I cant use quart jars. Is there a teck like the pf teck but with rye? Im real sorry If this in any way seems lazy but Ive looked for a week and cant find the right one.

How tall in inches is a quart jar? How tall is a pint jar? Im thinking that I could do that link you provided but use 1/2 the rye for a pint jar and 1/4 the rye for a 1/2 pint jar. Will this work? My pressure cooker is 5 inches tall
