Czechoslovakia does not exist.

yah i did. i said they should argue to get alcohol a schedule 1 substance because it meets the requirements far better than shrooms do. not to mention people kill themselves on alcohol + you can die/get addicted to it.

It's bad news. I dunno what to say about this. I mean obviously it isn't a good thing for people who fancy hallucinogens. But don't attack the victims. Like if someone takes mushrooms and does some shit that leads them to wind up dead, its a tragedy. People calling them stupid ignorant fucks, are them selfs stupid ignorant fucks. How about some empathy. I think the best redeeming quality of hallucinogens is that it does make people feel empathy towards one and other regardless of conflicting societal pressures. But a little respect for the people who "reached for the secret too soon and cried for the moon". One of these stupid pieces of shit could be you or me.

Not knowing your self first and not having someone else sober around to monitor you is always a big mistake when adventuring. 1.know your self 2.know your drug 3.know your source 4.have someone trustworthy around

Sellers Revolt Over Magic Mushroom Ban October 21, 2007 - sky.com
Magic mushroom sellers in the Netherlands have hit out at a ban on the hallucinogenic plant, saying it will merely make the trade go underground.
Dutch "smartshops" say the new law, set to be brought in over the next few months, is absurd and they will just move on to different drugs.
The move came after a majority in parliament pushed for a ban following a rising number of incidents involving tourists.
In March a 17-year-old French girl died after she threw herself from a bridge in Amsterdam.
She had eaten magic mushrooms, but no formal link was established between the two occurrences.
Earlier this year, Amsterdam health authorities raised the alarm because they saw a significant rise in requests for medical assistance from tourists who had had a bad reaction to the drug.
"We explain to people how to use the mushrooms. We tell them not to mix it with alcohol because that's what's dangerous," said a smartshop owner called Jos.
"If the mushrooms are banned, they will just be sold on the black market, without any instructions.
"Smartshops won't go away, we'll find something new to sell, more potent than the mushrooms. That's why it's absurd to ban them."
And Freddy Schaap of the Dutch smartshop association VLOS, added: "What's clear is that the market won't disappear, it will just move somewhere else.
"People are looking for thrills and they will try to find them elsewhere like with illegal LSD, which is a lot stronger. It's mad. You have a lot more control if you take magic mushrooms."
VLOS said most reported incidents with magic mushrooms involved people who had also drunk a lot of alcohol.
The association also pointed to a health authority report which showed there were almost 10 times as many reported incidents involving alcohol.
In Amsterdam in 2005 the health authorities were called 125 times for mushroom-related incidents, while they treated 2,056 cases where alcohol was involved.

Dutch protest at magic
mushroom ban
October 27, 2007 - Reuters
PROTESTORS turned out on
Amsterdam's central Dam Square today, hoping to stop the Government
from banning magic mushrooms and asking to "save the 'shrooms".
Carrying banners
reading “When will they ban bread?” and
“Boss of
your own brain”, more than 100 people, some wearing hats
resembling the
bright red cap of the popular fly agaric variety, protested to keep
hallucinogenic mushrooms legal.
After several incidents involving tourists - in March, a
French
teenager jumped to her death from a bridge after taking mushrooms - the
Dutch Government plans to ban them.
Arno Adelaars, author of a book on magic mushrooms, said this
would
only drive users underground and what was needed instead was better
information how to use mushrooms right.
“It's only foreigners who have this problem, the
Dutch don't because they have good information,” he said.
“Amsterdam is like a pilgrimage for youngsters in
Europe, they come here to get high in all kinds of ways.
“The typical young tourist that comes here drinks an
awful lot of beer, smokes an awful lot of grass, and then takes
mushrooms.
"That's the recipe for disaster.”

Not by my experience.
