Cubensis that aint blue?

Well I was walking to a feild and about 10 feet from the entrance in grass I saw what appeared to be a cubensis. It had a flat cap that was 1-1/2 inches around. The cap had spores on 1/4 inch ring that went around the cap but there was no mushies that were above it. The middle of the cap was cream colored and it went black at the edjes because of the spores. The spores were brown/black. The stem was 2 1/2 inch long and it had a veil ring on the stem. The stem was white and had some yellowing to it.The gills were close together and black/brown. I thought it was a cubensis but it wouldent stain blue. About 2 feet away I found a solid white mushroom that had just broke its veil. Its veil broke more solidly than that of a cube and did not just tear away in strings. It had white gills and was solid white top to bottom. What did I find? Thanks

If it didn't briuse blue, then it was probably an Agaricus or Agrocybe. Did the cap have any kind of scaly things on it?

nah no scales. The cap was smooth . It was in middle tennessee in a yard. I also found some bright orange gilled mushrooms the caps were paper thin with white stems and were on horse dung. Whats this? Never seen a orange gilled mushroom
