Calea Zacatechichi Cultivation

So I'm expecting a calea zacatechichi clone soon and am having trouble finding much information about what kind of environment it likes. The only real information I've found so far is from wikipedia which is very minimal:
"Growing Calea from seeds is a difficult task, the most common way to grow it is propagation from cuttings. The Calea plant likes full sun, good drained soils and a lot of irrigation. A good soil mix for calea cultivation is: 1/3 of a rich substrate, 1/3 vermiculite and 1/3 of humus."
Anyone know what kind of temperatures this plant prefers? Does it like to be especially humid or dry? My plan so far is just to pot it up with some Black Gold brand potting mix and let it outside until I get the 400 watt HPS set up in the garage. Any info is appreciated.

You should receive the package tomorrow. As far as the soil, I would add a little air to the potting mix. Mine seem to love the sandy soil in their older age, which is very quick draining & they get watered a lot too, wikipedia is definetely on top of it. They love humidity from what I can tell and full sun, as well as a decent dosage of organic liquid fertilizer. Good luck with those, I sent you a potted one and a very small rooted cutting. For the cutting, make a soil that's a little lighter than the regular potting mix and I think it will love it. Good luck.
