Growth speed [Time lapse picture]

Here is a 5 hours time lapse of a KS cluster growing.

Are they growing at a reasonable rate? Hygrometer says "Hi" (which would be >95%, it only goes to 95%), temperature is around 25-26 degrees C.
It's my first growth, so I don't really know how fast to expect them to grow. But KS should be a fast grower according to what I've read about it.
I'll continue to take pictures for this time lapse until I fall a sleep btw, and I'll update this thread with new time lapse!

nice time lapse! That looks about right, they should fully mature in about 36-48 hours.

I'd say they about double their size every day. So the first day it's a tiny pin, then its a doubly sized pin, then its a little mushroom twice the size of that little pin, then twice the size of that mushroom to a decent mushroom, then twice that size to mature etc. Depends on how much water is on hand to the mushrooms and the temperature too I'd think

Unfortunately I had to abort my time lapse for this: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/7510128/an/0/page/0
I'll try to rearrange the camera tomorrow and hopefully I can get it close enough - if it's not a contam that is.

how do you set up your camera? i wanted to do a timelapse with mine, but i dont think the camera could get a good pic from the outside looking in. and i'd imagine its bad for it to be inside the terranium.

I put it on a tripod, zoom in on the beauties and switch to manual focus. Then I just lift the lid once an hour and take a picture, trying not to move the camera too much. I should really make a remote for it though.

Here's an updated version. It's a bit skipy since I had to sleep in between.

A webcam would certainly be much better to use, unfortunately I don't have one
