Stupid question I know. But both sexes are being paid to have sex? Is all porn shot in Nevada or something?

why wouldnt porn be legal?
violence on tv is way worse than sex...i would much rather have my kid growing up seeing ass and titties than seeing jack bauer rip the larynx out of a terrorist with his teeth

My friend once bought a very expensive pencil. I'm sure he would have been more satisfied with a cigarette. Who uses pencils anyway? Third graders?

In relation to the violence thing.
Porn is real, for the most part, while TV violence is pretty much all fake. Other than boxing and... kick boxing.

A lot of the porn nowadays seems more like violence than sex.

don't get me wrong, i don't dislike porn at all. i was just curious how it was done legally, since the "actors" are essentially paid to have sex.

I think it goes back to what a previous poster said. It's easily taxed.
When marijuana becomes as easily regulated as alcohol and tobacco, it'll be legalized one day.
