anyone else? would this effect colonization in anyway? should i try to wait to see if it clears up a bit now that its in a cooler room, Before i decide to case it?

It's normal for a bit of moisture to build up during colonization. It's the moisture that was in the substrate. Next time, you could probably use a tad less water in your substrate mix.

If it's ready to case, you can put the casing material right over the water droplets on the substrate. The casing will absorb them and it will all equal out.

awesome. That makes me feel more confident about the situation.

Would you make the casing layer just as wet as you normally would? or go a tad dryer?
