I made a post a few days bag about shrooms growing off the sides of a mycobag. But this is just crazy... there are now 6 mushrooms growing off the side and what look to be like 6-8 pins also. Yet there are no signs of growth on the cake! I should have pics tommorow when i get my camera back. peace

When someone goes into the hospital and gets fed dextrose through an I.V. they don't complain about it.

You seem to be complaining about a great flush from a lousy myco-bag that's acting the same as an I.V. for a hospital patient.

Do you complain about a sunny day too?

Yes every bag I ever grew, did this. The mycellium grew up the side of the bag when you mix it. The shrooms then start growing on the side of the bag. The cake will eventually start to fruit (at least mine did.) Some of my mushrooms growing off the side of the bag actually get pretty big. I think as long as the mycellium is still connected to the cake it will still get the nutrients it needs. Once I took and rubed the sides of the bag together knocking the mycellium off so I could see the cakes. The next morning all the shrooms above this area died.
