try this and tell me if it has worked for you...it doesn't seem to work well on me, it seems kinda silly.

Mixed feelings here. I'd say %50+ of it is pure set and the other 50 or so is actual entrainment. When using this, your mileage will vary greatly from person to person. I know one person who's really into it that says he feels effects from it for 24 hours+. Physically speaking, this is nigh impossible, of course, but it just goes to show you how powerful the "placebo effect" is. I'm actually the most prolific (and probably knowledgeable) poster on the I-Doser forums Mostly I post there to keep people grounded in reality and spread accurate information seeing as a lot of people go through those forums who think drugs are evil/dangerous/whatever and want to use I-Doser as a "safe alternative". At any rate, if you're a practitioner of meditation, try meditating while using one of the doses.

I tried it. I had to do a couple of doses before I felt anything, and well it wasn't that great... I guess if I had the proper earphones it would work better tho.
It's worth a try, and you can get a free version somewhere on the web so... you can try it out without having to pay for the doses.
Give it a try. All you can loose is 30 minutes of your life.

i found it worked, the trick is to not turn the volume up too high. The effects seemed very different to what described though, sorta just like the come up of a trip like your head pulsing a little bit.

Never tried i-doser...
but Brainwave Generator is badass (http://www.bwgen.com/) and you can easily find a crack for it.
Same thing pretty much, using binaural beats to direct brainwave frequency towards a specific direction. I like Brainwave Generator b/c there are so many things for so many different reasons. Drug effects, meditative effects, OBE effects...
I find it very useful as a meditative assistant. I use good headphones, and sometimes play it along with some very low-no beat ambient music to meditate to, or just alone.
I've also used store-bought CD's with professional binaural beat technology in them. I think it works well!

i don't see how people are so skeptical about it.
Music can affect your mood, we all know that. The water droplet experiment, reacted to sound. Animals go mental at certain frequencies, or come to you at others.
In my head at least it only seems logical that certain frequencies would make us feel different.

It works like a mind machine. I have one, and it's trippy as fuck.
There is a 60 minute program that brings you through all the brainwave thingys... beta, delta, theta... that type of thing. You wear special glasses that shine lights at your eyes and wear headphones for the sound.
I was skeptical about it until my friend brought his over... I ended up buying it off him.

i tried i-doser months ago. i listened to a dose and didn't feel anything. i was laying in bed, in the dark, the dose ended and i thought it was bullshit or i was unable to get full effect from it for some reason. then i coughed and i was freaking out because i sounded like mickey mouse. i started talking to myself and sounded like i inhaled helium. this lasted for some ten minutes and the wore off. that was definitely weird but nothing special.
i'm too lazy for i-doser.

if you want it to work then it can. kinda like those stop smoking programs. They only work if you want to quit cigs. It will only work if you believe it will. Either way it's nothing like the real thing.

Bull. If you get anything it isn't all that notable. Plus it is such an annoying sound to listen to.
