Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is horrible for tripping you will end up seeing what Raoul duke was seeing and most of the time they weren't the most normal and pleasurable sights to see.

I think Fear and Loathing is funny, but yes, some are disturbed by it.
Ever watch a Mandelbrot video? Very cool.

I've never watched a movie tripping, but The Wall sounds like it would blow your mind

I disagree that The Wall is good to watch while tripping, to much darkness in it for me personally. It's neat while stoned or drunk, but its not to ideal for tripping. I prefer things that: A) have a great message B) are visually beautiful or C) are funny as hell, but not corny.

That movie was absolutely insane, It really makes you think about how insignificant we all really are.

Don't kno if this has been posted yet but..."Mirror Mask"....
It is supposed to be a kids movie, from the creators of "The Labrynth" and "Dark Crystal"....Majority of the movie was filmed on Blue Screen. Lots and Lots of Eye candy for sure....
I highly recomend....

Hey there!
I know this thread is outdated but I still want to add this:
Don't you think the 'perfect tripping movie' is depending on the substance you consume?

acting is so fake on mushrooms. a cartoon would be cool cause you know everything you see is diliberat and has a point. watching people act just makes you hate people though.

i disagree, i watched pulp fiction on a nice dose of mushrooms and it completely changed how i think of acting and movie directing.
and life for that matter...
