hey guys, im not sure where to put this post but i have 2 questions .
is using an incubator(fruit dryer) okay for drying shrooms?(libertycaps) and if so how should i do it ?temp? howlong, and what about this honey method i keep hearing about. can u put them in fresh? how long can u store them in there, and can u keep them out of fridge? thanks alot u guys always help a ton ,, good luck picking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dry them at a relatively low temperature if possible... the key is air movement. Most food dehydrators work fine in my experience.

Personally I would avoid the honey method.

air drying, then put them in a closed container with a dissicant for that cracker dryness

i air dry them with a fan then put them in an airtight container when they are completely dry...
if i have loads which i plan to store for more than a year i usually wrap them in loads of plastic and tape and stick them in the freezer (although freezing probably isnt necessary)

^ yeah old sauce or pickle jars do the trick. gota be airtight tho.
