When my hpoo tub is 100% all covered white and it is throughout the sub, is it better to wait for even whiter and thicker rope myc to grow a little thicker.

When the viewable area of the substrate is 100% white with mycelium, I like to wait a day or two to make sure the substrate is completely colonized throughout.

I've also started pinning triggers immediately, with no ill effects. Since the mycelium takes a couple of days to convert from the colonization stage to fruiting, some residual colonization will result.

Bottom line -> It's ready .
