Just wanted to say a public farewell to the shroomery. Thanks to the info at this site I've developed a love for a new hobby that I can see myself enjoying for a good portion of my life.
I'm leaving this site, however, because of the other forums here. I am tired of seeing so much stupidity, misinformation and flat-out lies about other drugs and their usage on this site. It disgusts me that so many people still do not educate themselves about drugs they use. I don't want to be a part of a community that does nothing to moderate such crap. It's because of things like this that the "war on drugs" is the way it is. If the children on this site want to hurt themselves and not care about what drugs they're ingesting...that's fine...but I've already seen enough OD's and deaths at parties from ignorant people making bad choices coupled with their "friends" turning their backs on them and not helping them.
I know there are plenty of responsible adults on this site. I wish you all very well but I cannot in good faith stay here when I keep reading so much crap on this site that still propogates uneducated street myths and hateful attitudes.

I, for one, am sorry to see you go Bop.
I've enjoyed your posts and our PM's and wish you all the best in your new digs.
I think you're making a mistake leaving The Shroomery, 'cause we all benefit from each other's experience and yours is quite extensive and insightful.
I'ts a bit hypocritical of you to leave because of resons that you youself could help to alleviate.
I hope you change your mind and realize that we all feel as you do at times (frustration) but that it passes and life goes on.
Hope to see you back soon.

That sucks, bop you were one of the best members on here! All the BS in the other forums was making angering me so i just desided not to go to them anymore. You should do the same, just ignore the other forums and stay here helpin out the newbies  . I still visit OTD every once in a while but i spent most of my time here at the Cult forums.
Sorry to see you go, we'll miss you!!!

PS If they new  poll by thor that sais the site riles wont have to be followed in OTD i will probably leave as well, or just never go to any other forum than Cult.

I agree but dont let that consume you bro. There is plently of smart responsible adults out there, just like those posting in your thread.
I enjoy reading your posts and you help alot of people, believe it or not remember you may be posting a reply under someone else threads but those who read these threads your also helping as well.
I'll say one thing though everyone is different with different opinions, principles, morals ect. That will cause confrontation and argument even violence. The best thing to do is either respect others opinions if possible or just flat out ignore them because you know their wrong and ignorant and your better then that.

Yeah, I agree. Just watch out for the AMC forum, high amount of snootiness there. I started in trip tips but found it full of stupidity and don't even get me started on OTD, V and OD!
I'll stay here in MC where I belong. (and OMC when it gets put up).
MP and GL aren't bad either.
