is this a liberty cap?

location:old wet dead wood
cap:big white yellowish with the nipple at the middle and some fur
gills:are dark brown,yellowish and wet
stem:is about 5 inches with a little curve and yellow and brown

old rotted Psathyrella would be my guess.might be classed as Lacrymaria now.libs dont grow on wood dude.try sheep pastures,unless you're from New Jersey.

all it takes is a short glance at a few semilanceata photo galleries or a physical description to figure out that you are not even close to lib caps.

you should at least do a BIT of research before making a forum ID post.
everyone on the forums would appreciate it.
