you are wrong.
those could be:
Conocybe lactea, a common grassland/lawn species believed to be toxic. gills would be tan-pinkish, becomming rusty in color as they mature from red-orrange spores.
and what could be Panaeolina foenisecii, an inedible mushroom of no real interest aside from being marginaly attractive.
both of these species are two of the most common lawn enhabiting mushrooms in the world and are common in many grassland environments.
in honesty, they could be a few things from those pictures and no description, even Bolbitius.
in any case, they are not Psilocybes.
what area do you live in?

your wether looks alright and i believe semies do grow in your area [you' know better than i ]
what you should look for is similarly sized mushrooms which when fresh and wet have slimy caps from which you can peel a clear gelatenous membrane which which is like a cross between a soft contact lense and gelatin.
the gills will become purple-brown [with unmistakable purple] from it's spores. when a spore print is taken, this color will be deposited onto a piece of paper.
you will be able to see fine lines [striations] through the cap made by the inner edges of the gill plates showing through and the cap will have a rubbery texture. the cap will become slightly more firm and brittle as it begins to dry and it will become opaque and pale tan to straw colored.
the stipe will be straw colored to white and will very often discolor blue to blueish green, particularly at the base. it will grow from the matted underlayer of previous years grass and the underlying root systems and often loves the shade and cover of the taller or denser grass. the same is true of sedges.
