Makes 20 gallons • Two-Pump System • Has the lowest overall height • Easily look into all three tanks without step-ladder • Allows for easy recirculation of wort • All options available
The B3-2100 is our newest Sculpture design and features great accessability. All three kettles are at the same low height so that you can easily work without the aid of a step-ladder. Stirring in the cracked grain (grist) into the Mashtun on this Sculpture is an easier job than with our other Sculptures where a step-ladder is needed.
While easy access and viewing are the assets of this Sculpture, the two trade-offs are 1) Instead of gravity flow of wort from Masthutn tank to Boil Kettle you are pumping wort from your mashtun into the boil kettle. This requires precise control of the pump to slow the flow down and extend the sparge time. 2) We don't offer a Tippy-Dump Mashtun on this unit, so more time will be required to empty spent grains from the Mashtun.
The burners are mounted underneath the kettles and supplied by a single propane tank. Regan designed the stand so that flame and heat are directed away from the front side where the brewer will be working. Two pumps are included along with our special stainless pump brackets, which allow pumps to be easily moved around for other applications.
Oh man. I gotta save up some skrill $2600, but i cant fucking wait. Im gonna brew and sell my own beer! Maybe eventually i can even start my own micro brewery/pub!
Any one have any equipment like this?

maybe ill get this one. Its a bit cheaper and even holds more.

I think this will be a great investment and i bet its really fun. Im gonna get a small glass brew kit and make a couple batches while i save the money.
Anyone have any ideas for types of brew?

Wow, that's quite a setup. What type of brew would you make? I tried some cranberry liquor from a friend's dad and it was the tastiest alcoholic beverage I've ever had, home-made.

All kinds
I been planning on starting to brew for a while and figured if im going to do it i should do it right. Plus i can make some extra cash. It might take me 6 months to save the money but it will be worth it.
Ill prolly try a standard IPA, and an american pale ale, then i might try some more obscure flavors when i get the process down. I really want to try making a barleywine.

Im trying to decide whether to brew the root beer with root beer extract or actual sassafrass root bark. The rootbark has safrole in it which may be a carciogen. I cant decide though. Im torn between safty and authenticity, but im leaning more toward the root bark. I dont think it would be too bad if i only did it a once or twice.

I would do the actual rootbark. A rare beverage intended for special occasions!
