trying out the lsh theory (canceled)

This is what im about to try:
Two pass naptha with 25 hbwr seeds 12hours each.
24 hours soaking in iso alcohol with lemon juice and mint oil added.
Hopfully the lsa/lsh will live through the evaporation stage and still be good. The tincture supposedly is better, but i dont have everclear or anything strong enough for that. Acidified lsa's are supposed to be more stable though.
Any suggestions?

i will be very interested to hear how this works out. The extraction sounds good to me, im a bit skeptical about the whole "lsh" idea though, im interested to see if you notice a difference.
Good luck

I already tried this once, but I was hurried and a large mistake was made. Report back! I'd like to see your results.

I didnt get a chance to try it, but im thinking if D-Lysergic acid N-(α-hydroxyethyl)amide is as unstable as some say, then its not the active ingredient in the seeds anyway.
I think this because ive put lsa through some hard shit and still tripped fine. Just my 2 cents.

LSA is unstable in the presence of strong light, heat over 80 celsius, and in the presence of chlorine...

Acyl, i rememeber you saying it breaks down at room temperature which is of course lower than 80C.
Would you agree that LSH probably isnt the active in usual LSA trips?
happy birthday by the way.

Not sure. I guess it depends on your source really, but its present in some ergot cultures for sure. Theres some info about it in the PDF I posted in the post you're referring too.
The decomposition is fairly slow and im sure its even slower when its got all that plant matter surrounding it. You could very well be feeling its effects if its present in HBWR seeds.

Well i took the lsa today, didnt feel like 25 seeds.
I usually skip the naptha part because you lose a little more in the process. I think instead of using naptha next time ill just filter it it more finely on the alcohol part. In the past ive had plenty of luck reducing nausea without that step.
Although i get almost no visuals on lsa the tactile hallucinations are great and it has a childhood feel to it like lsd. I think to from now on ill only be using lsa in combination with other psychedelics because its just too subtle usually. I say usually because at a certain dose it can be strong, but at that point youre usually laying down in discomfort.
I made something neat on lsa though

If i take more it just makes it less enjoyable, the ratio of good and bad effects is no good for me.
sure plenty of people get enough out of it at a low enough dose to not feel shitty , but i cant break through on it at low doses anymore.

Is there something im missing here? Ive been able to have more visuals on morning glory than woodrose. It makes me suspect that the sedating chemicals may not be the tripping chemicals, since morning glory has a different ratio of alkaloids and happens to give me a better visual/lazy ratio. I'll have to try ololiuqui.
Oh and im not talking about nausea by the way.
