I feel like I'm about to pass a kidney stone

First, it was this imminent pain in my lower back regions. Then it was an odd sensation in my urethra when I peed. In the past two days, I've had this nausea that's caused me to splurge up a very thick, otherwise clear mucuous.
I've noticed this started occuring shortly after I started taking SEROQUEL on a regular basis (seriously when I go to the bathroom the day after this stuff, my urine secretes a powder-like essence)... and I was wondering if this drug is known to have any affiliation with calcium deposits or anything like that.
I am NOT going to go to the hospital over this bullshit, I'll be damned if I end up dying from a goddamn stupid kidney stone or if it ends up being a false alarm. But in case I am on the verge of one, exactly what should I have prepared? I'm reading wiki's article on it and it explains methods on prevention, and not what can be done once a kidney stone is in the process of being passed.

My mom had a kidney stone for a few months. I looked up the lemon juice and pomegranite deal on the internet, she tried it, within a couple weeks the pain was gone and the stone must have dissolved because she never had to pass it. Whether it was the lemons and pomegranite or not I don't know. What I do know helped the pain a lot for her was a sock filled with rice, heat it up in the microwave. Seemed to work about as well as vicoden, the combination of the two being particularly effective.
Anyway, doctor gave my mom some vicoden, said drink lots of water and pass it at home. She actually has another kidney stone moving now, so if anybody has any tips I'm sure she would love to hear them.

First off you need to drink LOTS of water. Drink at least twice what you normally drink. (I've had kidney stones..I know what you're going through).
You need to order an herb called "stone breaker". What it does is it relaxes the smooth muscles in your lower abdomen allowing the stones to pass without your body clenching and mashing the stones against your muscles.

Ahh yes, kidney stones. Such a fond memory. A few years back I had a slight feeling of discomfort in my abdomen, towards the front lower, but not very low. This grew over the course of about 3 hours into extreme pain. Then worse. The first vial of morphine in the ambulance was nice but NOT ENOUGH. They gave me another. It still hurt but I didn't care. The pain was awe inspiring. I never saw the stone.
The pain of a kidney stone is not from the stone scratching it's way down your urethra. It comes from a muscle spasm in your ureters, the tubes from the kidneys to your bladder, due to the irritation. The stone can be tiny tiny tiny and still make you scream. It's all about the spasm. An internal charley horse, if you will. You don't sound like you are in anywhere near enough discomfort for a kidney stone, although it's possible, I suppose, that it might not trigger the spasms and just be a nuisance. At any rate, I thought I was gonna die and was quite happy at the prospect of that sweet relief. I wouldn't want to live in that kind of pain.

^^if the spasms are what causes the pain, i suppose any muscle relaxant or antispasmodic would help???

Did you read the link I showed you?
Chianca is a muscle relaxant and pain killer. It provides swift pain relief, dilates the area the stone is trapped in allowing it to pass safely.

When i had a kidney stone, the most painful part was when it passed from my kidney to my bladder, i could have sworn that i was dying.. It was the worst pain ive ever had.
