Recording to Computer, What do you use?
    #7490884 - 10/06/07 09:43 AM (16 years, 3 months ago)

My friends and I jam at my place sometimes and was wondering what is a cheap way to go about recording some of the stuff we do? Would a high quality PC microphone do the job?

i can't afford a pre-amp.

For electric I would probably go that route too. What about non-electric acoustics?

cheapest way to not sound like total crap would be to use a ten dollar mic from walmart. then EQ it to your tastes. record with Sound Forge or some other downloadable audio capture program. mix with Acid.

With respect.
