First Off Yea I can agree that its possible to have a 14 year old friend whos mature enough on a surface and possibly deep level. Possible.
Age is not the issue, A shitty friend is. Who drags you along to fuck some junkie? not cool. I your gonna have to just drop that shit, No calling her mom or any of that bullshit. That wont change a damn thing. People try so hard to think that by slapping someone on the wrist it will make them stop. All you can really to is convey your support and if she doesn't accept it leave it at that.

Nah I disagree with you. When I was in eighth grade is when I lost my V-card and started doing drugs...As was every other fucking teen around me. And As for deepness man...The reason why kids are usualy more deep or mature than others is a lack of a sheltered life. Experiences at an early age.
Alot of Shroomerites are very sheltered people. Idk maybe thats why. Alot of people here come from middle+ class families and all that jazz so who knows.
For instance my little sister is turning 14 on the 10th and I can get into discussions with her about ANYTHING. Granted she does have an IQ of 150 :P
Were not in the 80's anymore people...Everyone is developing faster.

sex and drugs do not make you any more mature. intelligence does not make you mature. age, wisdom, and experience are generally the main factors that go into maturity.
there's no way in hell you can honestly say that you were even remotely mature at 14, as compared to how you are at 20.

Nah I can. Thats when I almost had a kid, Was living on my own and working. My argument is based of experience.
I find most 14 year old fuck ups can be wiser in someways than alot of these "college kids" living off daddies money. If you wanna talk about experience people who are sheltered have no experience what so ever.
Going to school and listening to orders does not translate into experience or intelligence.
What makes someone intelligent is being able to reconize there surroundings and act accordingly. Something thats gained through faliure and roadblocks in my opinion.

Wise Someone who learns from there mistakes and others. someone who is in tune to them selves.
Intelligence- biologically theres 7 forms of intelligence. But as to what we are talking about I consider intelligence general knowledge of important things around you. Common sense. Math. Reading. Writing. NOT history lol. How to do things. receptiveness.
Experience Forms both of those.

I don't think anyone is disagreeing that a 14 yr old CAN be mature. Generally they are not and the story the OP told shows one of many ways 14 year olds can be stupid and naive.

HIV most certainly can be destroyed, but the virus is extremely stable, so using a flame for a few seconds is definitely not one of the methods.
edit: I forgot to add, they have that new medication out now to cure HIV, so long as it is taken within 72 hours of transmission. if she uses a needle and has any regrets about it afterwards, she should go to to a hospital and be honest about what she has done to the doctors. they will probably give her the proper treatment before even conducting an HIV test, as time is crucial for this medication.
i see that you are in europe, well good for you it shouldn't be too expensive (possibly even free?) depending on the country that you are in.

Also I think many of you are being far too hard on this girl. She is still very young, and susceptible to her surroundings, that are warping her mind with more impact than it would somebody in their 20's or 30's.
Sometimes, people need to live a certain extreme--whether it be the good or the bad--in order to truly find a stable middle ground. Generally people who've had it tough at a younger age have a tendency to go two ways: 1) They will blossom into somebody wiser, or 2) Fall into the subhuman decline of society.
In my opinion, those who are TRULY elite will find a way to become both, and live a double life. 
I guess we'll find out in another decade... that is, if most of US are even around by then

so she has been committed to psychiatric hospital. she's in a closed ward and before they took her cell phone away she messaged me and a few other friends to go see her. we're trying to get an appointment. i'll hitchhike there, it's a few hundred kilometers.
should be interesting, i've always been fascinated by asylums.
oh and she wrote that the doctors did all sorts of tests on her and she saw a report where they diagnosed her with aspergers syndrome or something like that.
