Got any documentation? My experiments showed no benefit at all. RR

No documentation of my own, I was merely citing a Dutch study I read online somewhere about achieving 3% psilocybe content using mimosa bark extract.
Hey Roger, what do you know about using Pseudomonas putida as a bacterial re-mediator in your casing layer?

Nothing. Generally, bacteria are a considered a beneficial organism in casing layers. I've used dried Rhodendron leaves to protect agains molds and they work well. I have no information on their toxicity though. RR

Mimosa hostilis contains DMT which is a tryptamine, very similar to psiloc(yb)in... And even if this works to increase potency is highly disputed at best. Kava contains no tryptamine, merely kava lactones... While I think that your experiments will most likely produce nothing more than it would have without the kava, I do encourage experimenting. Even if you would probably be better or just eating the Kava with the mushrooms...

A more compatable genus would be an active Gymnopolis. They contain similar lactones to kava and may be able to use some of the precurssor substances in the bark.In fact it being a wood lover I would wager it could be grown on a substrate of supplimented rootbark
