How do you dress? Your clothing style of choice?

How ya'll dress?
I'm a fashion disaster, usually. Well at least that's how I look at myself.
I have like 5 pairs of pants (two cargo pants, two puma pants, and a pair of girl jeans I like) and I kinda collect "cool T-Shirts"
My "trademark" clothes are my Kilt, and my 7 year old Punk Rock Vest, all studded and spiked out for the win.
What do Ya'll wear? Anyone have their "trade mark" clothing article?

I have to wear suits and fancy clothes for work...so if I'm not working it is always jeans and comfy clothes.

The only real "trademark" article clothing I have would be my blue jean jacket. Its got patches and embroidering on it. Seems like I wear that thing just about everywhere.

I used to love Army boots: Had like 4 pairs of differnt varities; They hurt my feet too much now, so I like my high tops/lowtops (sometimes)
Anyone here a Lieutenant of the Tacky Sweatpants here?

i wore the boots for so long i can't walk normal with anything which has thinner soles than 3cm.
sometimes i walk around with vans though.
i'm planning to buy a coat from a goth shop: cargo material, black, three buttons around the chest, tight around the middle and goes down to your boots and it has a priest collar almost.

3/4 cut-off pants or cargo pants or cargo-shorts.. quite a few have been hand-patched over the years.. i don't own a single pair of jeans
record company or festival brand t-shirts... think trees, cool graphics/designs, etc...
hoodies... north face, seedless, T5S, etc..
some sort of hat... beanie, ball cap, etc...
skate-shoes or new balance type running shoes.
that's my daily attire..
i own a few polos that i like to throw in there sometimes, and also double for dinner-wear.. for fancy times, i have shirts, ties and dress-pants.

most of the time, I dress in your standard suburban fare:
polo shirt, corduroys. I also have a huge collection of t-shirts I'm pretty proud of, mostly band shirts. I wear those on my days off.
I do, however, own a leather biker's jacket, complete with punk rock pins all over the lapels. I wear that in the winter months.
my girlfriend found some old blue hair dye the other day, I'm REALLY tempted to use it like old times, but I don't think my boss would like that.. (I have an office 'business casual' kind of job, hence the aforementioned polos)
I used to dress really wild all the time, spikes chains, torn jeans, unnatural hair color... but I got tired of all the cop attention it drew. Plus its hard to get a decent job when you look like that. If I had my way though, I'd still dress that way. Stupid society.

Yeah, I'd dress more liberal if it wasn't for the "Keep up a front of being a "respectable member" of society" type spiel.
Oh well...Days off are good enough for me; Although Dunkin Donuts might let me dye my hair.

I try really fucking hard to not look like a doper. Hardly successful, but I do think I do a good job of pulling these clothes off without looking like a preppy asshole.

its fucking whack that you have to conform to certain standards of appearance just to get a job... I used to only work at places that were tolerant of my fashion choices... but now I'm old and I need more money and health insurance, so working at the local organic market ain't gonna cut it any more.
It makes you wonder who really supports these standards of dress... and why we voluntarily conform to them.
One thing I'm hoping is that humanity gets rid of the business suit in my lifetime. Who the fuck made that standard? That shit really pisses me off, the suit and tie. Its like its fucking DESIGNED to be uncomfortable... I really don't understand why a society would all get together and decide that the suit is what we're gonna consider 'professional attire'. Thats so ludicrous. Why can't it be like in india where they wear robes and shit. Seems much more comfy
If I had a time machine, I'd go back in time and find the guy that invented the suit and tie, then I'd kick his ass...
seems to me there is no reason why lawyers and CEOs can't just wear jeans and tshirts.

I had to cut my hair and shave my face before any one would hire me, now I got the job and I haven't shaved in a week.
