Looks like dingey yellow hyphae, looks different than any other pics

I've been growing black morel spawn, the black morel that starts out black when small but becomes pale with size and age. Well a spot in the mycelia has developed a dingey yellowish color, which I've seen before in other occasions. Can anyone tell from the pics what it could be? In the yellowish areas the hyphae are more granular, and it seems like maybe a type of bacteria is doing this, or maybe a mildew or a mold. But I'm not sure what. Any help?

Morel mycelium just does that. I've always assumed it was metabolites. It also always looks contaminated, compared to other mycelium. It's the nature of the beast. RR

Hmm, I think this is some sort of mildew that is attacking it for certain. The dingey yellow somewhat has a faint greenish tint to it. Think it could possibly be a rust of some sort?
There was once a jar I had where this dingy looking yellow stuff took and was all over and it had a weird kind of medicinal smell. It was hard to describe. And there was no apparent invading hyphae or mycelia that could be see, only a yellowish-green kind of color to some granular and scraggly looking hyphae that was originally morel.
what could have that been? I worried this jar might have got it too. It doesn't look threatening yet, if its a bacteria its going to have a hard time because there is a trace amount of neomycin in the substrate.

Those areas look like the beginning of sclerotia formation to me.
