Camping time is here

Wish I had some nice fungi to take with me, but even sober, the great outdoors can't be beat this time of year.

And here's the best camping spot I ever had:

Me and some caver friends stayed here for three days. It's hard to get people to go there because it's a grueling hike out, but it's worth the effort. Trip of a lifetime.

A couple miles away, you find this:

The river flows out of a cave mouth, falls almost 200 feet, and disappears into another cave at bottom.

Perfect time of year to go. I need to con some people into going.

East Texas, eh? I got a lot of kin out that way, though I don't even know most of them. I lived in Texas for a couple years. I didn't like it a whole lot, but I was in yuppie hell for the most part. I'd have been glad to get out in the country, away from the strip malls and endless apartment complexes. The big city was teh suck.

You ever went and sat in a deer blind when the sun was comming up, and smoked a bowl a dro to yourself. Listening and watching nature at its best. Doing that keeps me mentally stable  :awesome:
