out of town

i have terrariums with 2 medium sized casings in each (7-8 cakes per casing.). any way im out of town for the week and have a friend stopping at my apt once a day to give them fresh air, they are just pre pinning ( been in there about a week)
well, is this enough air exchange? he didnt want to take them to his house, and i dont want to have him to come over too many times and inconvenience him...will once a day do it?
