Back in August, I took a trip out of town. I took about 6-7 grams of P. Cubes with me.
I tripped away from home for the first time in a foreign hotel room, and needless to say I had the death trip.
When I returned home, I had experienced multiple changes in my life. Along with the death trip, these changes have left an imprint that I am still trying to get past.
Since that trip, I have tried DMT (freebase) and salvia to try and "reprogram" myself, but I usually just get flashbacks of my previous experience.
I have built this mindset that my life is like the Truman Show. Silly, but the events that have happened since would make anyone believe it. I keep telling myself that it isn't so, but living with it is a bit more complicated.
So, what do I do?

Figure out what the similarities mean, how they work, and then use it all to your advantage, or the betterment of mankind, or bits of both, depending on how you're feeling that day.

Your post isn't really specific enough. What kind of changes have occurred? And why do you feel like your life is the Truman Show? The answer probably lies within what these symbols mean beyond their literal meaning. Do you feel paranoid that people are watching you or something? I don't think tripping on more substances is going to help you get over a past trip.
My advice would be to abstain from psychedelics until you can close the chapter of the "death trip." You feeling like your life is the Truman Show doesn't seem like a strange idea. If you are constantly subconsciously thinking that your life is the Truman Show, your mind won't have a hard time at all finding coincidences in your everyday life that would support this.
Honestly, mushrooms can and inevitably will change your life (if you do them enough), for better or worse. Try to find the good in the trip. If you felt like you were dying and went through hell for 6 hours, try not to think of the trip as a bad experience. Maybe the mushrooms were trying to tell you something. I know after my last "death trip" I was shaken up for a while. I had some existential issues for a little bit but there isn't a day that goes by that I am not extremely grateful just to be alive.

I know that feeling. More psychedelics will only strengthen it imo. Especially Salvia as it has a certain truthful feel to it anyway.
Who is to say you are not at seeing it all at least similar to how it really is considering theories such as time being non linear etc... Everything that is going to happen, has happened, is happening.
If the theories are true then every moment of your life is possibly observable from a singular point.
Maybe we all are just characters on a tv show or part of someones dream. How would we know?
Does it really matter? What can we do about it and why would we do anything? What's the point?
If it bothers you just stay away from the psychedelics. In time everyday reality will over grow the experience like weeds eventually do a freshly cleared patch of ground.
