Inoculating with micropore tape...
    #7473100 - 10/01/07 08:11 AM (16 years, 3 months ago)

When covering the holes with micropore tape do you...

a) Inoculate through the tape
b) Inoculate through the tape, and cover again with more tape
c) Remove the tape, inoculate, then use fresh tape
d) Lift the tape slightly, inoculate, and re cover

Reason for your preffered method would be appriciated.

no need for micropore tape, you said you were doing the pftek,so the dry vermiculite under you lid is what keeps the contams out,but the micropore cant hurt
