I just want to come out and publicly apologize for the post about about spores101. The company has fixed my problem and i want to apologize for any inconvenience i have caused. They have been very polite to me and i just wanted to let you know that i was wrong about what i said.

What exactly is going on here? I've seen a lot of people having problems with this vendor and then later come on the boards apologizing. Please people, do not apologize for expressing your concerns with our vendors. All we ask is that you follow some form of protocol prior to posting complaints.
If you have emailed a company about a delayed order or never received an order and received no reply, you have every right to publicly display your dissatisfaction. What good is having vendors if they're not held accountable for their actions?
I think we have some awesome vendors right now and I'm glad to see complaints are at a minimum, but please do not feel compelled to stay silent simply because you feel guilty. Post your comments, in accordance with forum guidelines, and if the situation changes, update your comments to reflect those changes.
If you have any questions or concerns about posting concerns or comments, both good and bad, please contact a moderator. We will do everything we can to assist you in resolving any conflicts. Our vendors know this and want to help you as much as we do, so don't be afraid to call on them as well.

I am glad we were able to sort out the situation with you, thanks for sharing your experience as it shows balls... its easy to come online and make a complaint, but it takes effort to apologize if you were wrong and jumped the gun.
We will always try to make a customer happy, email us or PM us directly here.. or use the contact form on the website. Please leave posting negative comments on the live forum to the last resort, I totally agree with free speech and if your pissed off you have a right to voice your opinion.. just like we have a right to defend service or product.
All we ask for is a fair chance to try and compensate or alleviate the situation if necessary.
